This treadmill worked great for two months. Our dog loved it and the increased exercise greatly helped resolve some behavior issues. Then the treadmill failed. We contacted the manufacturer who sent us parts, which we installed. Then the treadmill partially worked (slow, irregular speeds), and after more discussions with the manufacturer we made further adjustments (again requiring taking the treadmill apart). Still didn't work, so the manufacturer said that they would replace the unit. They promised to send a box, but never did. Now the manufacturer is not responding. Very disappointing! BEWARE!!
