I’ve used food processors for quite some time and decided to upgrade to a ninja after using low end processors for years. I couldn’t have been more disappointed. Just a month after purchasing the product the base would no longer spin when any contents were in the processor. I couldn’t return it through amazon as the time period had just passed and the ninja customer service team were no help. They refused to stand behind a one month old product that cost over a hundred dollars. Do not buy this product!
