Read this before you decide. I give it one star because I cannot give a negative number. I bought this Panasonic toaster oven on August 2013. It worked excellently for six months, until February 2014, when one of the two heating tubes broke. I contacted Panasonic and, as instructed, shipped it (at my expense) to their repair center in Portland, Oregon, in February. (They do not have a service center in Seattle, where I live.) The bottom line: Today is July 22. After many hours of phone calls with, and emails to, Panasonic, I still have not received my repaired toaster oven back from them. (I also purchased the SquareTrade protection plan but it has been of no help, so far.) Update: Today, about two weeks after I posted my review, I was surprised to receive my toaster oven back from Panasonic. Alas, they returned it unrepaired ...
