Looks like poor quality control. Lots of people raving about these controllers but I'm disappointed. Unusable out of the box. Joystick drift and it just gets stuck in the corners. I have a few other complaints about the mobile app, setup, and subscription service, and windows application but the controller is the most expensive part of that package and I can't even get that to work well enough to nit pick the other aspects.
