This pan is terrible. After less than 2 months of making eggs on it with a silicone spatula, they are sticking. Where is the non-stick?? I am very upset that I wasted $50 on this awful pan! Stay away from this piece of junk. UPDATE 6/14/2016 I was contacted by WaxonWare on 6/7 and was offered a free replacement pan. They believed I had received a faulty pan. So I replied with a Yes. I received the pan on 6/10 and have used it 4 times so it is still basically new. I will update after a month. But I wanted to say that the customer service is tremendous. They reached out to me; I did not email them asking for a new pan. So that impressed me.
