1. Purchased a Kurgo 00044 Skybox Pet Booster Seat from Amazon. 2. Booster Seat seems good quality and it attached easily in my Jeep. 3. Upper strap wraps correctly around the passenger side headrest. 4. Lower strap wraps correctly around automobile seat back. 5. PROBLEM: Plastic clipsnap for lower strap will NOT stay closed. Even the very slightest tug causes the clip to unfasten from around the rear of the seat. 6. DANGER: When the lower strap becomes unfastened, then the entire seat becomes unstable, flopping around as you turn, and then tipping over BACKWARDS with my deceased mom's little dog being trapped inside the Booster Seat "box" and pressed up against the inside back cushion of the passenger seat. 7. Called Kurgo Customer Support, to ask for a replacement clip fastener. (I thought that would be a rather simple request that Kurgo could fulfill.) 8. CONCLUSION 1 OF 3: Kurgo Customer Support explained to me that they do not support products sold by Amazon, so I must simply return the item to Amazon, because Amazon deals with it. 9. CONCLUSION 2 OF 3: I'm going over to REI to buy a one of their GOOD quality replacement clips, so that i KNOW it will work, and fix the lower strap myself. 10. CONCLUSION 3 OF 3: I won't be purchasing another Kurgo product.
