BUYER BEWARE - BROKE IN 3 MONTHS AND NOT COVERED
The bottom part of the vacuum stopped working, meaning the brush roller would not spin, after 3 months. Shark will not cover it unless you buy directly from Shark. They want $119 for the new bottom of the vacuum. Total rip off.
Update: called and they offered to discount 50% if I paid shipping. Then I went to to Facebook and they agreed to ship the part at no charge.
