Product snapped and broke into two pieces after about a month of usage. Prior to that I like it very much. But I can’t use something that will break. For information purposes I am 240 pounds it says that it would hold 300 pounds. I assume there would probably be a safety margin built into that but it least it should hold my weight. It does not. Well at least after a month it does not. Edit: Oct 19, 2019 No warranty service despite my having filed.
