I bought this product and was excited to try .. switched it on cool setting and while using, just within 3 mins there was a spark, burning smell and completely stopped working .. feeling disappointed.. have requested for a refund upon return.. Hopefully I can make another purchase after the refund and not get disappointed again becoz the part of hair I tested on was super smooth and it did pull out some strands my hair but didnt leave it frizzy. It's a good product but I guess I got the faulty one. :((
