All things aside, this pan seems to work great so far. I've used it twice and it's as good as advertised. However, the main reason I purchased this pan is because it claimed to be both PTFE and PFOA free. But, upon inspecting the box it came it, I immediately saw that the coating does in fact contain Teflon. This is very unsettling and I think I will return the product and look for something else. But if the toxins don't bother you, then this seems to be a pretty great pan.
