We bought this pressure washer and used it two times without any issues. The third time we tried to use the washer we were half way finished with the wash, shut the machine off to relocate it to another position. It doesn't have any pressure when the trigger is pulled. We have contacted the manufacturer, Westinghouse, a claim has been opened and assigned a case number. We have reached out to Westinghouse several times, but have not been able to speak to anyone. The robo answering machine continually tells us that our call if very important, however after about 10 minutes of hearing that message it just drops our call. I cannot recommend this washer to anyone in good conscious.
