First the collection container is plastic, not glass as listed. Second it smelled awful. I had to soak it with activated carbon to get rid of the smell. Third it is awkward to clean. You have to pick up the whole machine and hold it so you can pull the lid off. Fourth it has no off button, so if you hit the on button while cleaning it, it will come on as soon as you plug it in (even if there is no water in it and the lid is still detached) which creates a fire danger if you are not careful. Fifth the instructions are so badly translated they are almost unintelligible. Sixth it is loud. Seventh it is not well insulated, so it is inefficient. I could go on, but you get the idea.
