You should know..... this is too good to be true. It doesn't even work as well as a Teflon or ceramic pan because the surface is rough. Look for your self in the pic. This pic is what happens after scrambled eggs with no butter or oil The rough surface makes it even harder to clean. HEALTH CONCERN: The bolt heads do not set flat against the pan. The dried eggs get stuck between the bolt head and the pan. That was not a pleasant find when I went to use it the second time. You are better off with a cast iron pan. I wish I returned it in the allotted time. There is no way the positive comments on here are using the same pan, unless they just woke up from the 1950's and never used a teflon of ceramic pan. As you can see here, the company does not respond to any comments. I feel like a toad that has been scammed by an infomercial product and shady company.
