I purchased this grill thinking I was going to be receiving a new grill because that's what the description said "Purchase New". What I received was a grill in a plain white box with a sticker on it that showed a picture of the grill and it was stamped "Factory Recertified" (uh, NOT new). Inside the box, the grill didn't even fit properly in the styrofoam it came with indicating this likely wasn't the original packaging. It also did not come with one shred of information. No instructions, no owner's manual, nothing. And on top of that, the top part of the unit had swirly wipe marks which again indicated to me that it had been used and cleaned!! Who do you guys think you're fooling?
