Bought this less then 1 year ago with an average use of about once a week. Then the power head motor froze up and we are now looking for a local dealer for repairs. I'm not impressed at all with the vacuum quality as this should not be happening with less than a year of use. Can no one make a good vacuum that lasts a couple years? They are so fragile and we try to be so careful with them and it doesn't matter. Just frustrated.
