This cover was suppose to be a 6 layer, waterproof, weatherproof cover. I placed it on my late father's 1984 Corvette to protect it. After it rained, I removed it, to my surprise and anger, and total disappointment, THESE WHITE MILKY SPOTS ARE ALL OVER THE ENTIRE HOOD. These spots were not on the car prior to the use of this cover (and after rain). Is this a chemical reaction... is this cover the cause?? Who is going to cover the repairs to my Vette!!! I AM SO ANGRY
