One side quit heating after 4 months what is with the 5-year warranty????
It has a 5-year warranty, but the return window closed after 1 1/2 months. Now, what do I do?
It has an error message on the display. My husband does electrical work and checked the circuit. It is faulty in the wiring in the pad itself, not the chord.
