Won't Connect to WiFi - so it doesn't work! :-( Technical support can't resolve either....
2 weeks after receipt of package and it still won't connect to my WiFi - useless. I've been on the phone with customer support and continue to have to go thru all the same steps with each rep I talk to. They claim they have set up a customer ticket and will talk to their technical support and call me back the next day, but I never hear from them..... still waiting on hold for guy to come back on the line.
