VIZIO support says you just have to wait a short 30 minutes for the WiFi network this soundbar broadcasts to turn off. Totally unacceptable - the wifi network it broadcasts interferes with all of the other connections of devices in and around the media console area. I spend weeks trying to figure out why my devices were all of a sudden having big problems connecting to the internet before I realized what was happening. There is no way to turn it off. Imagine living in an apartment complex - if your neighbors don't like your volume, they just need to download the smartcast vizio app, connect to your soundbar's completely unsecured wifi network that it ALWAYS broadcasts, and turn down the volume for you! Or, just turn off the bass if they don't like how much you have. What's even more fun is that if you connect your soundbar to your home wifi, IT SHARES THE INTERNET CONNECTION TO ANY DEVICES THAT CONNECT TO THE UNSECURED SOUNDBAR WIFI. So dumb - I will be attempting to return this product but I'm sure it's too late now.
