★☆☆☆☆
Deeply flawed
The author presents a deeply flawed viewpoint of the rule of law. In his opinion law enforcement officers have the ability, authority, and the duty to individually determine the constitutionality of laws and whether or not to enforce or follow those laws. At no point in the book does the author discuss or acknowledge the role of appellate courts or the supreme courts in determining the constitutionality of laws. The author's rhetoric is an echo chamber for the extremist views of the far right militia movement.
