The first time I used this, my phone found the device and worked great. Today I am trying to use it for the second time and the phone doesn't find it and I have no idea what to do. I switched the battery several times and no luck. For a product that cost $100, it needs to be way more reliable. Now I wish I had a standby meat thermometer. EDIT: I've changed my review from 3 stars to 1 stars. This is a very problematic product. I switched batteries yesterday (though I wasn't sure why I needed to) but the devise wouldn't power up. After what should have been a day of charging, I put the needle in the chicken and the phone could not detect the devise. I again switched batteries to brand new battery and no difference. I have no idea what to do. The needle should be fully charged and isn't connecting. At this price point, I would expect a fully reliable product and it is just not ready. I can't imagine using this on family thanksgiving. It is very unreliable.
