This is a downright dangerous product and I'm warning you to never buy this for your dogs/puppies. Our 16 week old boxer puppy jumped at an intersection of two panels (where a rod holds the panels together) and got her foot, just above the paw, wedged in between the panels, against the rod. She was in an extreme amount of pain and cried loudly until we were able to get her released from the death trap this pen created. Thankfully we we're nearby and able to get her out quickly. Our vet said we are very lucky she doesn't have any permanent damage. We're writing this review to save all of our fellow puppy/dog parents from having a similar experience. Outside of the terrible design; this pen is cheap, the paint was flaking as soon as we took it out of the box, the down rods to hold the panels together are flimsy, sections were rusting, and the clips to lock the crate shut would jam. Amazon should remove this from their site and the company should issue a safety recall. Update: 08/13/2018 I submitted a video of Nest recording the entire incident with our puppy and this item, but Amazon rejected the video without offering a reason. Please take time to read the negative reviews on this product before purchasing. Safer, better made, less expensive products available on here Amazon.
