Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I purchased this couch and was initially very pleased, it is comfortable and roomy. I had the couch for less than a month when a piece of the frame broke. I contacted the company and had to file a claim with Amazon because they wouldn't work with me. After a couple of weeks I received a response on my claim that they had decided not to accept my return and Amazon agreed with their decision. Needless to say I am very disappointed with BOTH companies. O.J. Commerce said to contact the manufacturer, they would deal with warranty issues. My issue fell within their 30 day time period, apparently they just don't want to deal with it. This is the 3rd time I have been burned by one of Amazon's outside dealers. I guess I need to learn my lesson!
