I have had this towel for about 2 years. It leaves enough lint behind to make a sweater. I contacted Chemical Guys to make sure I wasn't missing something. The rep suggested washing it. I have washed it about a dozen times with their special microfiber wash. The rep offered no further assistance, no exchange or no sell me a new on at a discount to keep my business. Not satisfied with the product or customer support.
