I should have researched witch hazel before purchasing. This is literally a poison in rubbing alcohol. I broke out into this awful rash on my face that immediately scabbed over. You can't get a refund because this is a beauty product. Beware before purchasing - do not waste your money. A bottle of running alcohol is a buck at the store, so might as well get the non poisonous part for cheap!
