A book selling Scrum
I had the wrong expectations for this book. This book is selling scrum. First everything is not-so-good, and then comes scrum along and everything is awesome. Scrum to save to world etc. And that is actually all fine, and it correlates with the title in fact.
And given *that*, it would have been a five star rating from me, because it is a well written book and good at selling Scrum.
But, since I've seen and worked in several scrum projects (in software development teams) I (among others) struggle to get scrum to work well. I was kind of hoping the book would cover such topics, since scrum has been around for a while. But all scenarios described is all fine and dandy as soon as they started applying scrum.
Thus, it was a great book and read, but I didn't like it since I know scrum but find it hard to work really well, and was hoping to get more info on how to make it work really well.
