I was truly wowed by these when I first got them. I set them up at home and paired them with my galaxy note 9. I tested them at the house by walking around and listening to music. They passed my shake test and sounded really good with the use of my poweramp app. I was all hyped to take them for my 1st workout on at the gym and this is when everything came crashing down. I consistently experienced intermittent connectivity issues with my music cutting out, and speeding up to catch up to its original spot . This was the weirdest thing I have ever experienced with a pair of wireless headphones. I originally thought maybe my sd card is acting up, so I switched to using one of my music subscription music accounts via wifi and got the same issues. I was like (insert expletive). It got so bad that I left the gym and went home to troubleshoot the issue. Got home and they worked fine. I don't know if it was due to all the metal causing interference in the gym or the H1 chip going nuts due to being around a bunch or iphones or what. All I knew was that the main reason I purchased these was for gym use and I couldn't keep a consistent connection without my listening experience being interrupted repeatedly due to my music dropping out. I really wanted to love these but had to return them. If anyone can provide a comment to tell what the issue was, I'd be more than happy to purchase them again because I truly wanted to love them... #Dissappointed
