Hey, I liked the spa when it worked. The pump failed within a year. They sent me a new pump but it was a pain in the neck and took a long time. The new pump failed within the next year out of warranty because they were emphatic that there was no warranty on the replacement pump. I looked to buy a new pump and could not find one. I called and emailed to try to buy a new pump and got radio silence from the seller. So buy this item for a year's worth of fun then the landfill. Wish that I could buy a new pump at a reasonable price. Sorry that I could not write about the great customer service. These folks should be ashamed of themselves. Take our money and not provide value. Horrible .
