There are better products out there for one reason .... read on
Okay ... I own a restaurant and these containers are a must have for certain sauces. There is no squeeze container on the planet that is ideal when cleaning, but these are as good as it gets. Here's the issue ... on most of these "first in/first out" containers the top and bottom lid are interchangeable. So it doesn't matter what end you screw the top or bottom on because the hole diameter on the container is the same size. These were the second order I had made of these containers. This may not be a big deal to some people, but in a commercial kitchen it is. You have a lot of these containers and you need to make sure you have the right size top or bottom to go with that container. I can't even understand why they made different size openings on the same container. For that reason I rated them two. The quality was good and the price fair. And one more thing, some of these containers are meant for thicker/thinner sauces ... I didn't know there was a difference until I tried to squeeze a thick and "chunky" dressing like Thousand Island through the lid of a container that is meant for a thin dressing like Italian. Just pay attention when shopping. The thin dressings will "leak" through the lid if meant for a thick sauce or dressing and you won't be able to easily squeeze out a thick or chunky sauce if the lid is meant for a thin dressing. Hope this helps.
