i had to come back and edit my review. It was the best electric hot comb I had ever had until it stopped working after only 3 uses. I just bought it 5 weeks ago. I tried to call in to have the issue resolved but I didn’t feel like the gas and cost to drive to a shipment store and ship the defective comb back was worth even the comb itself. I really feel like I may have been sold a refurbished comb in the first place because 5 wks of ownership and only 3 uses when I have never dropped or mistreated the comb is ridiculous. It’s a great comb, if it works. If it doesn’t work just throw it away. Dealing with Andis’ customer service isn’t worth the headache they’ll give you. The warranty is useless considering the comb isn’t even worth the trouble they’ll put you through to have it replaced. And I’m betting the replacement will be a refurbished comb as well.
