This cromebook will randomly freak out. The screen goes completely black or does this weird thing to the screen. When it does this, no other action will work on this cromebook. I have to shut it down every single time. This is so frustrating, it doesn't seem worth it for the price to have this happen so much. Update. We had bought two of these computers and only had the screen issues with one. Now both computers screens randomly shut down. The second computer will go completely black and the only way to get it back is to hard power off and restart the computer. Very disappointed the company and Amazon won't stand behind such an expensive item that is becoming unusable.
