Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

This is the harshest review I've entered because this is really false advertising. The website photo is not of the product. There is no soft thick tip above the bristles. There are a few scarce white bristles and a bare wire tip that makes these brushes totally unsuitable for cleaning anything that could scratch. The brush tip is not soft at all. Simply unacceptable. I am taking the time and effort to return it, on principal.
