Power Saving Scam
The only thing these devices ( a couple of capacitors ) do is help the power company by lowering the total current drawn in the distribution system. Any reduction of your utility bill from this device would be miniscule at best. It's probably not such a bad idea to help the power company, they might lower your rates. Ha.
