When I saw that it contained 70 calories for 8 bears, I looked at the ingredients. Most of them are covered but the very first ingredient is maltitol syrup, which is a sugar alcohol with a glycemic index of 52, just barely lower than actual sugar. This type of product is what led to items having to be marked no sugar added instead of sugar free. It should not be labeled as sugar free, and labeled as no sugar added. This is a misrepresentation. This is a large bag, but if you calculate the calories in it, it is over 5,300 calories for the bag. Amazon shouldn't allow products like this to be posted without the nutrition label, and this was a lesson learned about buying an item without the label posted.
