BEWARE: There insoles are NOT RETURNABLE from day one
I already have a pair of hard plastic insoles, very similarly shaped, and I like them very much (my ex got them for me over 10 yrs ago). These gave me sharp heel pain after 1 hr of wearing because of the gel blobs they have in the heel area. Now I find out they are not eligible for return. Nice.
