Man oh man... Got the seeds ready after purchasing a make your own seed pot kit. Added nutes, water, everything was ready to go. Plugged the unit in, turned it on and... ALL of the buttons got stuck as I tried to input the very first setting. When you would press any button, it would stick inside the unit, making the computer think you were continuously pressing the button. The lights then proceeded to turn on and off, on and off. Super disappointing, and my grandma was getting super hyped to start her own little indoor garden! Now we will have to send everything back. I expected more from you, Aerogarden. I had the Elite LED from a few years ago and that was a great unit. Seems these days, you've let your product QA go out the window and down the toilet. Sorry, but you've lost a customer as I won't be purchasing again.
