Was really excited to use this product but it failed to do its job. I followed the directions to a T and the reservoir for the return dirty solution didn’t have a drop in it...bone dry. Instead, all of the dirty liquid leaked out of the bottom of the vacuum near what I assume is the suction motor/exhaust. This is my second Bissell carpet cleaner that has created more of a mess than it has cleaned up right out of the box. I was hoping to see a similar amount of liquid that was dispersed in the return container, but yet again I’m stuck with wet carpet I’ll have to manually clean up by the pros...disappointed AGAIN! Bissell...you’ve failed epically...
