The Serta 43907 chair is well built, easy to put together and comfortable. When my package arrived I found out that the right arm on the chair had a broken part. I contacted the company and was told that it would be 8 weeks before they could send me a replacement. That would be 8 weeks with a brand new chair that could not be used. So I had to return the whole chair to Amazon and order a new one just to get one little part replaced. The company's support for their product is horrible. The only complaint about a non-broken chair is that it is a little top heavy. While you are sitting in it there is no problem because of your added weight but if no one is in the chair and you try to move it by pushing or pulling on the top of the chair is will fall over quit easily. Seven months later the pneumatic cylinder which hold the chair at the adjusted height just when out. Now every time I sit on the chair it sinks to its lowest setting. Being 6 foot tall this is extremely uncomfortable and has made the chain unusable for me. After 13 months, 1 month out of warranty, the right arm broke on the chair. Since the arms are the only thing holding the back of the chair to the base that means that the whole chair is broken.
