If I could I would give it zero stars. Didn't even have the appliance 1 day and the compressor went. Danby's customer service is disgusting. The Danby customer service agent said to me "the compressor can't be fixed, but I wouldn't expect you to know that." So he was insinuating women don't have any knowledge about appliances? . They make you jump through hoops to get your money back (although you won't get tax back just what you paid for product since it is a Canadian Company) I have done and sent them all the necessary items, receipts, and pictures they requested and I still have not gotten an update as to when they will send me a check.
