I bought this a couple months ago to replace the OXO dishwand model we had been using for years. The OXO brand always ends up leaking soap, and this Scotch-Brite model is SO much better in that aspect. Very comfortable to hold, very effective brush head, very efficient soap dispenser. HOWEVER, and this just boggles my mind, 3M does not manufacture replacement brush heads--EVEN THOUGH IT'S REMOVABLE AS IF IT WERE REPLACEABLE. What kind of oversight is this? I just chatted with 3M on their website, and the rep there confirmed that 3M does not manufacture replacement heads, and if I wanted to replace the head that has started to fray and wear out, I would need to buy a whole new brush. Seriously. I want to keep using this, but am not willing to buy a whole new brush each time the head wears out. Sell some brush refills, 3M!
