The product works well and efficiently, it has caught infections that AVG has missed. I would rate them 4-5 stars if not for the way they do business. They do everything they can to hide the option to remove auto-renewal (which I never knowingly agreed to in the first place). I had to go to google to find an obscure page on the Webroot site which allowed me to take it off. They do send a couple reminders (which is why this is 2, not 1-2 stars) but it's easily lost in email and they should make it an option to take off auto-renewal in the settings. Now I've become stuck with paying $80 for this for another year.
