32 days after i recieved it, unit stopped working. i sent it in and the factory said it was a SWR problem. my SWR never exceeded 1:1.7 on either antenna i used it on. (mobile or base) apparently it is so cheaply built that it cannot function on a SWR above 1.5 (per the instructions ) the replacement they sent lasted about 10 minutes. (had a SWR meter inline) Factory now says that in order to get radio back, i need to pay 67 dollars. ive already paid shipping twice. This radio Will Not hold up compared to my Midland or Kenwood. Lesson learned. Buy a reputable brand.
