I've purchased a lot of ego products and think they are great. But I'm finding their customer service experience is horrible. Package came without the fasteners for the weatherproof covers. Amazon's response was to return the whole item, leaving me without a generator for another week or more. So I tried to find a support email on ego's site- none that I can find. Only option was to sit on their 800 line for 1/2 hour before I gave up.
