Everyone needs to understand that is the polyphenol percentage is based off the 5 . major polyphenols found in Bergamot, which are Naringin, Neohesperidin, Neoerioocitrin, Briteridin, & Melitidin. I ask this producer the concentration of those and they refused to answer and said we have 50% polyphenols which makes me . believe this is a scam. I have asked other bergamot producers and they provide the amount of those 5 polyphenols and have provide Certificate of Analysis that shows upwards of 90% TOTAL polyphenols! BUYER BEWARE
