The monitor died right after the return window. One evening, the monitor just suddenly showed black screen on the display. Nothing came up on the screen even after multiple restarts and pushing the physical buttons on the monitor. Called Dell Tech Support and they asked me to do the standard unplug re-plug the cords and holding buttons, no luck. Now they are shipping me a replacement, which I appreciate. However, this is a big inconvenience to me as I have to wait a few business days and I need it for work. Edit: After almost two weeks and multiple calls and emails, Dell still has not shipped the replacement. This is a nightmare.
