As others have pointed out, the hose leaks constantly, even with plumbers putty and buying the hose Amazon recommended. It's perfectly fine if you don't mind lugging the reservoir to a sink twice a day, but if you were hoping to set it up with a hose and let it run then you will be spending a lot of time with a mop in hand. Why they can't include a hose that works is beyond me! Seriously, for what this costs a 10 ft piece of hose should not be too much to ask. I'd write more but I have to go dump the water out of this stupid thing again.
