Received this printer yesterday after setting it up and following all the instructions and doing the test prints that is required by the machine. To my surprise it ran out of it completely so I called Epson direct to let them know about the issue and to my surprise again they would not stand behind their product amazing representative at Epson what horrible they would not even give a coupon or send replacement ink for free. Their answer is go out and buy more ink amazing customer service at Amazon horrible.
