This new pillow has a horrible smell. I've had it for 3 days trying to "air it out" but the smell is not getting better. I have purchased Tempur-Pedic products in the past and never had this problem. ALSO, I already have the exact same pillow at home which I purchased several years ago. The new one is much thinner, less firm and less sturdy. I think the pillow I purchased is a counterfeit product OR Tempur-Pedic is now producing sub-standard products. I am going to send this pillow back and NEVER buy a Tempur-Pedic product again!!!
