I'll start by saying I bought this locally and this doesn't represent this reseller. But because I've had such an experience and the company DJI doesn't want to assist, ignore emails, and delete my posts from their forum I figured I should write this. If you look on the DJI forums, there are issues with Dust under the lenses, corner blur in the camera, GPS issues, remote signal issues, battery faults, and used units being sold and shipped. I've tried and spent a total of over 14 hours on the phone with this company in the last month and gotten no service. I've had to return units and find a new one. Now that I have a new one batteries are impossible to find. It lasts 15-20 minutes. No where close to 27 minutes. It is fun to fly, but the remote does a poor job holding my iPhone 7 plus. So I use an iPad. This drone had two defective props out of the box that were loose. It took 7 calls and 4 emails to get a replacement set of propellers after 3 reps said I needed to send my whole second unit back. Customers have been charged for pre orders through DJI and been waiting for over 2 1/2 months and they are only shipping orders now in the second week or pre orders. Many users have complained of aircraft crashing, spinning, and losing signal. I've experienced the signal issues myself at a clear range of 3,500 feet or less away. 400 feet up and I get the same issue at times. I've lost all confidence in this brand after this rollout and their ability to hide and lie about the product is infuriating. If you're fine not having support from the manufacturer you will like this. If you want reliability, wait because I've been a paying beta customer and I'm selling mine off. Truly overrated. Visit DJI forums and you will see what I'm saying over the course of a couple days.
