I was ready to be in love with this product for all the right reasons. The first wash, normal load, cold water, went very well. The next wash, warm water, cold rinse: when it ended, the window in the door of my front-loader had a white, gooey, sticky mass on it and more was stuck to the wet clothing. Took some work to clean up. Tried one more normal load, everything the same as the first time -- less goo, but still too much to tolerate. I have a recent model front-loading machine, used one sheet, normal sized load, placed the sheet loosely on top of the load before starting the washer according to directions. I don't know what's going wrong here, but have returned the product for a refund. Very disappointing. To be fair, I don't see any others with this experience to date, so I may just have gotten an "off" batch -- hard to figure. Definitely a great idea, worth trying!
